Here at Valley Zipline Adventures we have developed a diverse team building course to compliment our Zipline Tour that is perfect for any group dynamic. We have facilitated large corporate groups, high schools, family reunions, scouts, weddings and birthdays, just to name a few. Aside from our Team Building Course, we can also build onto our product line with our affiliated partners to give you the perfect combination of adrenaline based and/or relaxed activities for your group.

The action or process of causing a group of people to work together effectively as a team, especially by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation.

So why Team Building?
Team Building has been scientifically proven to improve productivity, awareness and collaboration. It also creates strong communication skills, encourages creativity and provides positive reinforcement through a variety of activities. It’s an investment from a corporate side, and a way to build strong relationships with your co-workers, friends, or family.
Team Building with Valley Zipline Adventures
We offer a hands-on, interactive zipline tour in which we teach participants how the course and equipment works. Participants are in control of their own tour, with guide supervision! Our guides are also trained in interpretation, and will tell you a bit about the old growth forest and Columbia Valley Wetlands as you zip through our
course. For groups that want a bit extra, our guides can facilitate team building activities in addition to the zipline tour. We have a variety of different activities used to enhance social relations and define roles within teams, often involving collaborative tasks. The four main types of team building activities that we focus on are: Communication, problem solving/decision-making, adaptability/planning, and activities that focus on building trust.
