Mia

Meet Mia — our multi-talented, occasionally upside-down superstar!
Mia’s been part of the Valley Zipline crew for 4 summers and has pretty much done it all: Reception, Aerial Park Guide, Zipline Guide, and now Lead Guide. Basically, if there’s a job to be done, Mia’s already mastered it — probably while smiling and hanging upside down.
She’s calm under pressure, wildly organized, great with kids, and has a big heart for animals (seriously, if you bring your dog, she’ll remember its name before yours).
Whether she’s flying through the trees or fixing our booking system, Mia is the kind of person who makes everything — and everyone — better. Just don’t be alarmed if you catch her upside down. That’s when she’s in her element.
Ezra

Meet Ezra — fearless(ish) flyer and certified good vibes specialist

Ezra is in his first year with us, but you’d never guess it! With natural confidence, sharp jokes, and a whole lot of energy, he’s already rocking it on both the Ziplines and in the Aerial Park.
In this photo, he’s bravely (very bravely) taking on the Puma Plummet — and yes, that’s the face of a man totally not scared at all. Nope. Not even a little.
Guests love Ezra for his upbeat attitude and ability to turn nerves into laughter — and we love having him as part of the team. Brave face or not, he’s exactly the kind of guide you want up there with you!
Matt

Meet Matt — good vibes guy, fearless jumper, and instant team MVP

It’s Matt’s first season with us at Valley Zipline Adventures, but you’d never know it. From day one, he’s been absolutely crushing it — bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to make everyone feel welcome and included.
Whether he’s helping guests conquer the Aerial Park or flying through the Zipline Tour, Matt’s excitement is contagious. He turns nerves into laughter and makes sure every adventure is fun from start to finish.

We’re lucky to have him on the crew this year. He may be new, but he’s already a pro!
Adam

Meet Adam — high-altitude adventurer and picnic table enthusiast

Hailing from England, this is Adam’s first season with us at Valley Zipline Adventures — and we’re thrilled to have him on board! You’ll find him guiding guests through both the Aerial Park and Zipline Tours all season long, right through to Thanksgiving weekend.
Adam is known for his professional approach, calm energy, and that ever-present smile. He’s the kind of guide who makes everyone feel safe, confident, and ready to take on the next challenge (even if it’s 50 feet off the ground!).
Spotted here enjoying a “team meeting” on our elevated picnic table, Adam proves you don’t need four walls to get the job done — just good company and maybe a Twinkie for morale.
We’re lucky to have him on the crew — and so are our guests!
Taylor

Meet Taylor — Queen of the Aerial Park

Taylor is in her third season with us, following in the footsteps of her awesome older sister Jordan — and sharing the adventure with her twin, Danika. (Yes, they’re twins. No, we still can’t tell them apart.)
She’s done it all: Aerial Park Guide, Zipline Guide, and now our Aerial Park Supervisor. Taylor’s mastered the art of orientations — she’s professional, detailed, and somehow manages to explain carabiners and safety procedures without making anyone fall asleep. In fact, guests love her calm, confident energy!
When she’s not helping guests conquer their fears at 40 feet in the air, she’s off-roading through the forest with her sisters in her Jeep, chasing sunsets and probably still wearing a helmet “just in case.”
She knows her stuff, she keeps things running smoothly, and we’re lucky to have her at the top of the tower (and the top of her game).
Juno

This is Juno, our paw-sitively adorable staff member and fur-st impressions specialist

We get asked all the time what kind of dog she is — and honestly? She’s one-of-a-kind! A true mixed-breed masterpiece with a personality as unique as her fur pattern.
She’s got a heart of gold, a tail that never quits, and a serious obsession with belly rubs and rolling in woodchips (she says it’s for exfoliation).
When she’s not chasing frisbees — or being rudely intercepted by her brother Snowden — she’s busy greeting guests with the ulti-mutt enthusiasm.
Stop by for an adventure, stay for the fluff. She’s paws-itively the best part of the team!

Maguire

Meet Maguire — Lead Guide, calm-in-the-chaos, and Tim Hortons lifer

Now in his third season, Maguire has stepped up as a Lead Guide, and we couldn’t imagine a better fit. With a natural ability to lead, he’s always first to support new staff and make sure they start strong.
Guests love his calm, confident energy and his spot-on orientations — clear, concise, and never missing a detail.
Off the course, Maguire has a sharp mind for chemistry and is heading into Petro Engineering next year. But first? A Tim’s run. Every. Single. Morning.
Smart, dependable, and always two steps ahead — we’re lucky to have him on the team this season!
Oliver

Meet Oliver — our kind-hearted new guide and duck-whisperer

Oliver is new to the team this year but already making waves with his friendly vibe and easygoing style. When he’s not guiding guests through the Aerial Park, he’s probably skating on the ice — hockey is his passion!

Fun fact: Oliver once raised ducks. Yep, ducks!
A Calgary high school student with a big heart and a love for adventure, Oliver’s ready to make your day unforgettable.
Danika

Meet Danika — Taylor’s twin, Jeep lover, and newly minted Aerial Park Supervisor!

She and Taylor are so identical, even the guests do double takes — but the staff have it easy: they just check their shoes to tell them apart!

Danika’s a guest favorite this year, with 5-star reviews rolling in non-stop thanks to her friendly vibe and top-notch guiding skills.
When she’s not leading the park, you’ll find her camping under the stars or cruising around in her Jeep.
Danika’s dedication, smarts, and adventurous spirit make her a five-star favorite with guests and teammates alike!
Sienna

Meet Sienna — first-year adventurer, treetop pro, and future marine biologist!

Sienna is spending her first season with us mastering the aerial courses and showing off her natural skills — all while preparing to head off to study marine biology this fall. We keep telling her working in the trees is the opposite of studying underwater creatures, but hey, adventure is adventure!
Besides being a fantastic guide, Sienna’s French skills make her an invaluable part of the team, helping us connect with guests from all over.
We’re lucky to have her bright energy and bilingual talents on board this season!
Chris

Meet Chris — the boss’s nephew who thought he was signing up for special treatment… but instead got extra landscaping duties and was put in charge of “babysitting” the ValleyZip dogs, Juno and Snowden (aka his “cousins,” depending on who you ask).

Now in his second season with us, Chris is absolutely crushing it on the ziplines. Whether he’s clipping guests in or handing out high-fives, he goes out of his way to make sure everyone — especially the little ones — has an unforgettable, adventure-packed experience.
This prairie-born Saskatchewan guy is headed off to Electrician school in the fall, but for now, he’s lighting up the course with his energy and effort. We’re so grateful to have him on the team (even if we do make him mow the lawn
).

Theo

Meet Theo — Chris’s best friend and fellow prairie transplant from Saskatchewan! Now in his second season with us, Theo has truly found his groove as a Zipline Guide.
Guests constantly rave about Theo’s ability to blend professionalism with top-tier humour — he’s got some of the best guide jokes in the business (don’t tell Chris
). Whether he’s delivering safety instructions or cracking a pun mid-zip, he makes every tour a fun, unforgettable experience.

Off the clock, Theo is always on the move — paddleboarding, white water rafting, playing tennis or pickleball… if it’s outdoors and active, he’s in. We’re lucky to have him bringing the energy, laughs, and good vibes to the ValleyZip crew!
Snowden

Meet Snowden — ValleyZip’s original “employee” since 2017 — our longest-running team member! His paycheck? Belly rubs and treats, of course.
Known as the “Su-paw-visor,” Snowden takes his job seriously — making sure the guides stay hydrated and finish their lunches by watching them very closely. He’s not begging… he’s just making sure everyone is well nourished!

Guests adore his quirky corgi personality and can’t get enough of his signature “sploot.” When he’s not supervising, Snowden loves cruising shotgun on the quad like the VIP he is.
We’re paws-itively lucky to have him on the team!

Benjamin

Meet Benjamin! He’s the one in the green t-shirt; the other charming lad in the photo is our Whacky Wavey Inflatable Tube Man (aka “Gerald”).
Now in his second season with us, Benjamin has ascended to the role of Lead Guide, where he’s a true pillar of the team. Hardworking, knowledgeable, and a fantastic role model, he keeps the crew motivated and the tours running smoothly.
Bonus fun fact: Benjamin is a ski resort adventurer and YouTube creator! Check out “Skier 72” to see his explorations of both open and abandoned ski resorts across North America.
Leon

Meet Leon — roommate to Adam and rock wall conqueror in training!
Hailing from a tiny town in northern Alberta, Radium Hot Springs feels like a booming metropolis in comparison.

Leon is currently studying Business and dreams of a future in International Business Relations. His drive, professionalism, and tenacity make him a standout on our team — and the 5-star reviews with his name in them say it all!
When he’s not guiding guests or delivering top-tier orientations, you’ll find him challenging himself on the hard wall’s red-only route (he’s so close!). He also loves to BBQ… although some say his steaks are more “well done” than intended — which is why he’s been voluntold to man the grill at the staff year-end BBQ. Burgers, smokies, and veggie dogs, you’re in good hands!

Kennedy

Meet Kennedy — Maguire’s younger sister, but don’t be fooled… she’s the mom of the zipline crew.

Now in her third season with Valley Zipline Adventures, Kennedy is what we like to call a total utility player. Reception? Nailed it. Climbing wall? She’s a pro. Aerial park? She runs it. Ziplines? She zips circles around the rest of us. Whatever the task, Kennedy steps in with confidence, kindness, and absolute capability.
It might be her background in competitive hockey that built her into such a strong team player. Or maybe it’s her steady stream of Tim Hortons that keeps her going — she hits the drive-thru every morning, yet somehow still manages to beat most of the staff to work. (We suspect she has a secret VIP Tim’s lane.)
Beyond her impressive skills, Kennedy brings warmth, dependability, and a calm, collected energy to the team — the kind of presence that makes guests feel comfortable and her coworkers feel supported.
We’re lucky to have her in every way. Just don’t ask her to play the Block Stacking game — three seasons in and she still can’t beat it. (There’s always next year, Kennedy. We believe in you.
)

Bryce

Meet Bryce — first season on the ValleyZip crew and already a guest favourite! We’re not sure we’ve ever seen him not smiling.
Bryce goes out of his way to get to know everyone who walks through our doors, making guests feel welcome, comfortable, and part of the adventure from the very first moment. He’s the ultimate team player — always stepping up to help, always game for a new task, and always doing it with a great attitude.
His athletic background shows in everything he does — Bryce navigates the aerial park and ziplines with ease, like he was made for it.
Recently, Bryce even brought his mom on a zipline tour! She had a blast, even if he may or may not have orchestrated her getting “stuck” on Line 2… just so he could show off his superhero rescue skills.

We’re lucky to have this guy on our crew!
Joslynn

Meet Jocelynn — little sister to our very own Ryan, who politely declines the online spotlight (but we still want to give him a big virtual high-five for all his hard work this summer
).

Jocelynn is in her first season with us, and we’re blown away by her growth over the summer! She’s one of our youngest team members, but her maturity, work ethic, and enthusiasm are second to none. Always up for a challenge, always smiling, and always making time to connect with teammates and guests alike — Jocelynn is a shining example of what makes a great team member.
She’s eager to learn, detail-oriented, and truly a joy to have on site. We can easily imagine her returning for seasons to come, just like Ryan has.
Before her shifts, you’ll often find her hanging out with our zipline pup Juno (dog whisperer alert
). She’s just as great with animals as she is with people — her pup Leo would agree!

We’re so lucky to have you, Jocelynn!

Corbin

Meet Corbin — first-year Junior Guide and proud little brother to our very own Sienna!
Corbin may be new to the team, but you wouldn’t know it. He’s absolutely rocking it — especially at the Euro-Bungy, where he keeps the energy high and the flips flying! Whether he’s bouncing around with kids or stepping in to help with other tasks, he always does it with a smile.
He’s polite, enthusiastic, and according to the rest of the crew — an awesome listener. Corbin brings great vibes and steady support wherever he goes.
This fall, he’s following in Sienna’s footsteps and heading off to school on Vancouver Island. We’ll miss his positivity and team spirit, but we’re cheering him on every step of the way!
Kash

Meet Kash! He is one of our newest staff members and already killing it on the Aerial Park! Living close by has made Kash our short-notice lifesaver more than once — we can always count on him.
Kash brings sassy humor, quick wit, and a smile everywhere they go, always making an effort to connect with the team and our guests.
In their photo here, Kash is striking a pose in the tires on the third level of the aerial park — proving once and for all that they’re never “tired.”

Charlie

Charlie is new to the team this year but already a perfect fit with the crew! You’ll find him at the aerial park inspecting gear, harnessing guests, and giving top-notch orientations. It’s no surprise that guests and staff alike make fast friends with Charlie.
Outside of work, Charlie trades in harnesses for hockey skates — he’s a huge hockey fanatic! And while the aerial park might not have boards, pucks, or a Zamboni, Charlie still knows how to net a win with every guest he meets.

Ryan

Meet Ryan — master organizer, smooth-operator, and part-time cowboy

Now in his fourth season with us at Valley Zipline Adventures, Ryan’s journey has been quite the ride — starting as a Junior Guide, zipping up to Zipline Guide, and now wrangling the chaos in his management role. Simply put, he’s the backbone of our team and the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.
Ryan brings dedication, leadership, and a knack for making sure no detail slips through the cracks. If you see him around, tip your hat… or your helmet — cowboy style.
